would like recipe for dry rub for a fresh picnic roast to grill?
i would like to kick it up a notch
The beauty of the dry rub is that arecipe is totally pointless.
Just take a TBSP of every spice in your cabinet and mix em up.
To kick it up a notch add some extra Cayenne or habenero powder. Super Spicy BBQ comes from the add on sauce and not the rub. The rub only penetrates so deep.
